Redesign of stvincents.org – Point Person
Worked with an agency on the implementation of a major CMS upgrade, including sitemap, wireframes, templates, user testing and to design Find a Doctor – a special physician search platform. Hired and managed freelance writers to rewrite all major landing pages, as well as worked with professional photographers on multiple photo shoots. Created and launched internal and external communication plans.

SWIM Across the Sound Marathon – Marketing Lead
Created advertising plan, including working with a media buyer, graphic designer and digital ad firm. Designed application forms, info packets, ads, postcards, signage, billboards and presentations for volunteers and participants. Implemented email marketing campaign to attract volunteers/participants. Designed and updated marathon specific webpages as well as home page. Managed photographers and media at event.

Southern CT Women’s Expo (Webster Bank Arena) – Grand Sponsorship Lead
Planned layout of booths, assigned booths to hospital departments and designed and organized St. Vincent’s signage.
